    All of our products are custom-made by our team of artists. While this ensures exceptional quality and uniqueness, it slows down production, so we use pre-orders to manage demand.

    It’s likely the protective film is still on! We leave it on during shipping to protect your charm. Simply peel it off to reveal a flawless, shiny surface.
